Soldiers assigned to the 3d U.S. Infantry Regiment (The Old Guard) participate in an Army Full Honor Wreath Ceremony at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier in Arlington National Cemetery, Va., July 15, 2022. The wreath was laid by The Honorable Lourdes Aflague Leon Guerrero, Governor of Guam, and The Honorable Michael F.Q. San Nicolas, Delegate to the U.S. House of Representatives in the 116th U.S. Congress, in honor of the liberation of Guam, and was hosted by Maj. Gen. Allan M.
